Refund policy

We hope you don't have to return your socks, but in the event that you do, please note the below return policy.

Eligible returns may only be returned for a store credit only within 14 days of the ship date received.

All returns must be in the original condition, unworn and with the original tags attached.

The store credit will be issued by email once we have received your returned product.

Exchanges can be made within 14 business days of the ship date received.

All exchanges must be in the original packaging, unworn and unwashed.

Defective or Wrong Items
If you have received a defective product or you think you may have received the wrong items, please email us at within 2 days of receiving your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
