How long will it take to get my order?

Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. Once processed your order will be shipped depending on the shipping service you selected at check out.

Please note the below delivery times.

Canadian Orders:

Canada Post Priority: 1 business day

Canada Post Xpress Post: 1 to 2 business days

Canada Post Expedited: 2 to 9 business days

US Orders:

Small Packet USA: 5 to 8 business days **no tracking available**

Tracked Packet USA: 4 to 7 business days **delivery not guaranteed**

Expedited Parcel USA: 4 to 7 business days

Xpresspost USA: 2 to 3 business days

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at check-out using Canada Post.

Charges depend on your location and the service you have selected.

Shipping is FREE on orders over $50 to Canada and $8 Flat Rate Shipping to the US

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship to Canada and the US.

 

What is your return and exchange policy?

We hope you don't have to return your socks, but in the event that you do, please note the below return policy.

Returns

Eligible returns may only be returned for a store credit only within 14 days of the ship date received.

All returns must be in the original condition, unworn and with the original tags attached.

The store credit will be issued by email once we have received your returned product.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 151 Village Green Square, Unit #2004, Toronto, Ontario M1S 0K5

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping over $50 worth of merchandise, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made within 14 business days of the ship date received.

All exchanges must be in the original packaging, unworn and unwashed.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you have received a defective product or you think you may have received the wrong items, please email us at info@shopkyso.com within 2 days of receiving your order.

 I’d like to cancel my order. What do I do?

If you need to cancel your order, please email info@shopkyso.com within 24 hours of your order being placed.

 

Do these socks fit women?

Yes! Women love our collection too. Our current collection of dress socks can fit a women’s shoe size 7 to 11.
